I hope had an excellent night! Tomorrow is day 3 (Library). On Monday, December 17th we will have our dress rehearsal for our Christmas concert. Please come to school in your costume. If you need help finding items for your costume, please let me know! Please keep in mind on Tuesday, December 18th is our Christmas concert.
Re-registration packages were sent home. Please fill in forms and return by February. Report cards were sent last week. Please review and return the last page with your comments on it. Aftercare invoices are due by December 15th. Be sure to pay on time to avoid interest charges!
Unfortunately due to Christmas concert we will be postponing our bake sale to Wednesday, December 19th and Thursday, December 20th. A kind reminder to make sure that all baked goods do not contain traces of peanuts or tree nuts. Thank you in advance!
Hot lunch for January is now open. The special for January is French toast with fruit. The website will close on Wednesday, December 19th at 3:00pm. A kind reminder to please make sure you are ordering under the right grade and teacher!

*Please note that students doing any after school activity, soccer, karate, yoga, etc. will be charged until 4:00 PM in aftercare, when they will be dismissed to their program with their coach!**

Unit of Inquiry
Today in UOI in groups we started to construct a diagram of the heart.
Today in Math students worked on their review package for our upcoming test on Friday. We will take up the review tomorrow.
Inquiry into Language
Today we continued to prepare for our OWA post-assessment on persuasive writing. Students got an opportunity to decide if they think the new law that you must be 14 years or older to drink pop should go through or not.
