Happy Friyay! I can’t believe it is already Friday.

Today was House Colour Day so we started our day off with a House Game. We had fun participating in a relay race. Charlie, Ali and Daniel from our class participated in the game. Great job, boys! Then we had French, followed by writing our OWA Pre Assessment. After recess and lunch we had a chance to catch up on anything we have not completed, our DRA’s, Student reading survey, OWA and IB Portfolio Tittle Page. While students were working, Aamna shared a few facts about our first Unit of Inquiry, Matter. Just before recess we had a team building exercise. We played the human knot. Their instructions were to work together as a team to get themselves out of the knot without unlinking hands. Great work, everyone!  Following recess and snack, as a class we came up with Room 23’s class rules. Students signed the bottom of the chart to promise that they will obey by the rules we created as a class. 

On Monday our regular routine/ classes will begin (UOI, Language and Math).
